All off the shelf (Readymade) products purchased on ivysales.com are eligible for return within a specified return window subject to conditions specified below, unless clearly marked as non-returnable on the product detail page.
To qualify for a return & replacement / refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request should be accompanied by an unpacking & repacking video, clearly showing the condition of the product received and being returned.
- The item or any part of the same should not have been damaged while in your possession.
- The product must be the same originally delivered to you.
- It must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and any included accessories and shall be considered returnable ONLY if all the above conditions are met and the product reaches us in the same condition as supplied.
- Items labeled as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- All items made to order are NON-RETURNABLE.

Refunds and Return Guidelines
- If the item is damaged in your possession the same cannot be returned and shall be supplied back after repair, with repair along with pickup and delivery charges payable.
- Refund process begins only once IVY SALES authorizes the refund post confirmation of receipt of material and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will then be processed within 10 business days from the receipt of material at IVY SALES warehouse.
- In cases where customers are found to misuse the return policy—such as frequent cancellations, excessive returns, or refusal to accept deliveries—Ivy Sales reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, block or permanently terminate such accounts as deemed appropriate.
- If you receive a non-returnable item in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you accordingly.
Refund Policy
